For Q1 of 2025 I’m radically reducing my demands, to recover from AuDHD burnout (and knee surgery). One of the ways I’m doing that is to temporarily pivot to audio recordings instead of written newsletters from January-March. I’ll be focusing the episodes on my recovery process, and how the strategies are working for me. My goal is to publish an episode every other Friday (starting on 1/24) but that might shift as things evolve.
